i wanted to ask your counsel regarding raising the necessary funds

more world-class Jamaican sprinters (Bolt, Blake, Weir, Fraser-Pryce,
Powell et al)
i can try to approach them through their clients but wondered if you had
any suggestion for reaching these organizations at a higher level; e.g. do
you have contacts in any of these companies or, better put, how would you
blind-contact them if you had to?
am back in Jersey for one week, mostly to have my right eye looked at,
after retinal reattachment surgery in Jamaica, but next week i hope to be
back in Jamaica, when publicity in the press will begin
