I think a simple side agreement. bill is purchasing in interest in yuris fund, the purchase price will be
considered an additional advance as per the last contract. . i.e. if the price is higher . boris retains 50 percent of
the profit, if it is lower boris eats it., by definition of an advance. should have the draft by the end of today or
