He might face a problem with the financial authorities: the name was allowed to be valued provided that nobody
was claiming it. In fact, they should have told told the suthorities that there "might " be a risk attached to it as we
were already rthreatening to sue .
For our accounting treatement, i have rather been looking at "royalties".
We have until now refrained from valuing our name as an asset for mostly historical and moral reasons.
However, if/and when we manage to build a solid brand " edmond de r " which could stand alone, then we might
consider doing differently.
