disaster for our Ips. Had the loan not been recourse, we would have filed. Instead, we paid you, paid for your
building, paid for your brother, paid for your commissary, paid for multiple failed restaurants, like Kibo and
Dos Vegas. I think we have paid you enough. That should be enough. We asked that you not compete w us for
a short period cause you wouldn't do a long period and we went from 5 yrs to 6 months. Howies fees?
Well...dude..the only reason we are paying you the 2.5m to walk away is because of the documents Howie got
you. So he's covered. Share with him.
