Proposition after Ruth negotiation
She will sell her 40 % for 1M Euros
Has proposed that I sell mine 40% for 850.000
And she will keep 20% of new company (shares evaluated 500.000
Sale should be all cash
I don't see why her 40% will be more than mine
Meaning Ruth 1M5 for 60%
And JL 850 for 40%
I don't agree
She is pushing it but I don't think Italian will pay this price
