Here is what we propose: Expenses There are some expenses we would be incurring that we would need covered in the range of $1-$3k per month dependent upon the amount of material and time involved. Here is what I would like to propose to that end. There would be incentive bonuses at the 30, 90 and 180 day marks. For the 30 and 90 day marks I would like to use that as a cash incentive for my team and my colleagues teams for putting in the extra effort and time. I am leveraging my most valuable relationships and giving any cash performance bonus to them in exchange for their teams support. I want to be certain this gets done. If we are clear at 180 days then the big bonus for my time would be your giving me the opportunity to fly out and meet you personally. I admire your accomplishments and views and would be honored if you would give up some of your time to meet and allow me to learn from you. I will be available at your convenience to discuss.
