not sure who this is for? it says nothing meaningful. the important questions are how much money is really
needed? still open. his email as you are well aware says nothing about funding dates. I read the personal
guarantees that you and steve signed. oy. I cant imagine how stressful this is for you. sorry. not sure how you
are paying your personal operating. ? talked steve down from a tirade. he also has no idea about numbers to
complete , payables etc. I was unclear on the status of the interest reserve and its obligation. . i saw the loan doe
amendment had liquidity requrements. not sure what they mean.

David, This email is to confirm our intent to provide funding in the minimum amount of $2.5MM to Life
Hotel Pref LLC. We will endeavor to agree to terms as depicted in the term sheet provided by Arcade
Capital, however those terms may change upon recommendations made by our investment committee. Since
we are working on very short notice we will fast track this request and provide a final determination of our
interest on or before October 19th, 2017.
For the record our relationship over the past 20 years or so will go a long way to a quick approval.
At this time we have all the information we require to complete our underwriting.
