Its been shown twice by McCann and Paulette Koch is showing it tomorrow. Its been favorably received
(although Paulette didnt think it was suitably furnished to be rented to Eva's friends.) McCann's customers are
due back in April from California.
We have repairs being made on the punch list and also are pricing a new screen wall for the loggia on the lake
with three contractors.
I will give you a fuller report over the week end.
The market remains very strong.
