I did not like Larry's response; nevertheless, I am less suspicious re this particular case.
I am attaching you a last draft of PPM (version 25 or 26th) - nevertheless, it already changed a lot.
Attorneys went through 2 more revisions - and this draft does not include Yuri as a part of Investment
committee. He is now added back in.
And Attorneys are doing additional passes
I should have a more final one later in a week.
