have you arrived london . ? 1. guy last night , interesitng. but a. if on budget why does he need 35 m in
30days? 2. he said nothing about making money for others . only himself and how clever he is. /was 3.
telling us how he is a grea deal maker does not transfer to planning and how do you get your money back. !! 4
not wantting a fund , but a person , he wants a bank. he will lose control unless he comes up with the money ,
he said he could " sell assets" , silly, then he should. he is against the wall. a 10 percent pik , with a 20
percent discount is much less than a deal would require. . but this should have been the conversation , not the
clothes taxes and brand , dollars. . the investor is not buying a dress, he is buying an interest in distress. . there
was little talk of money to finish the project. . ?
