Before I reach out to John Suydam I want to clarify:
1. In the event of his death or incapacity, Leon wants his son Josh to be his successor on the Executive Committee
(instead of John Suydam)-correct?
2. We are asking John to speak to Josh H. and Marc R. to get them to agree to amend the Agreement Among
Principals solely to revise the definition of "Senior Professional" so that Josh would qualify to fill Leon's vacancy
on the Executive Committee —Correct?
3. Does Leon want John Suydam or Scott Kleinman to be Josh's successor on the Executive Committee? Or is it
someone else (like Ben) that we would need to make sure qualified under any amended definition of Senior
Professional? (I don't want to have to go back to them again).
