Just to be clear the $100k payment we are proposing would include the income distribution to which Noam
is entitled currently. If in any given year the income from the trust exceeds $100k, Noam would receive the
amount of income. Put another way, Noam would receive a guaranteed payment annually of $100k or the
amount of the trust income, whichever is greater.
I will reach out to Hany and request that he confer with his sisters, and then we will email the proposal to
Noam and you.
