Attached are the BlueTalon financing documents for your review and signature, along with wire instructions. We look forward
to welcoming you onboard! We can close and fund whenever you are ready — either this week or early next week would be
ideal. (If it needs to be later than that, please advise.)
For convenience, Kevin Rooney our attorney will also be sending out the documents for signature via DocuSign. This is
easier/better for us if it works for you, but either DocuSign or old fashioned signatures are fine. (If old-fashioned signature,
please email us a scan, preferably in PDF format.)
