I'm in a workshop around the clock with an osteopath who is writing a book on the vagus nerve & an energy
medicine guy. Osteopath is European and writing a book on the nervous system, emotion, easy adjustments, etc.
fascinating. My friend is hosting 4 of us and the agreement is that I prepare all meals.
So - I will do my best to call but right now I'm in the loo which is the only free minute I've had. Will email later
