Dear Sirs,
I Dr, Eva Dubin, at the Dubin breast care center at Mount Sinai Hospital in New York City , have consulted
with the doctors for e. She has had a radical mastectomy in the last ten days. I have urged her
to come to our breast center where her chemotherapy program may be fully evaluated. As she is in a
weakened condition, it would be advantageous for her to be accompanied by Mr FaispCmlimplisk. . She will
need assitantance during fight as well as during what could be a few weeks of debilitating chemo. We
intend and have been paid in advance to perform all necessary test, potential treatments and a reconstruction
of her left breast .
Any further documentation that you may need to issue her a medical visa as soon as possible will be delivered
as soon as possible. Thank you in advance and if there are any questions please email me .
