Everglades Island is worth around $10 million in this market.
Mrs Cunningham has the same 175 ft you do on the lake but her lot has 30' more depth east to west (220 ft vs
190 ft.) The houses are close in size.
McCann tells me the Barbaras will be in PB this weekend. Would you let them see your house?
There are no properties on the market on the lake in the "between the clubs" neighborhood except
Cunningham.
