I would like to clarify that what you have is not a photoshop but a full 3D model built to scale and
superimposed on the actual image for precision and clarity. This process takes time... Same with LSJ; it's all
3D modeled and to be honest with you, I do really love the result. It can certainly be improved and analyzed
a lot further but please remember we are just in the master plan concept stage and you've drastically changed
direction of the concept a couple of times...
If this concept for both islands makes sense for you and is now approved as a CONCEPT, we can now move
on and continue developing the schematic design information that you are requesting and start defining and
detailing everything and getting the rest of the professionals on board.
Please understand that I don't mind changing direction as many times as it's needed to your full satisfaction
and I also really like you and working with you but I don't appreciate when you diminish our work.
Believe me that we have invested countless hours of many people in your project and we will continue doing
so because we want this to be an absolute success and I know we can.
If we do continue, I really need Richard to send us back the signed agreement that we've requested from him
a few times and to please process the outstanding progress payment.
I'm available at any time tomorrow to go over everything and sort it all out.
