FTC - states that Jeepers was distributed and will now file its own return
JEEPERS - states it was formerly a QSUB of FTC and will now file its own return
next email will have STC supplemental with Haze language...

These look good. Just a typo on Jeepers note to schedule B. Should read "its parent corporation" not "it's parent
