James recap of Terrence quote and his visit. Still waiting on confirmation Terrence sent money to vendors as he
said. Cecile is running point on that.

Thanks for the info Terrence. I think I've finally got my head wrapped around the details of the project.
If I understand correctly, we will have:
4x ($9,800.00 ea. on first invoice) *Altai A8-Ein — Super WiFi Base Station (All-In-One 802.11n Long Range
Sector)* on the tower
8x ($2,516.00 ea. on first invoice) *Altai A8in — Super WiFi Base Station (All-In-One 802.11n Large Area
Omni)*
• flag pole
• tennis court
• kite house
• blue beach
• gym
• data center
• main compound x2
8x ($3,996.00 ea. on first invoice) *Altai A2 — WiFi Acess Point / Bridge (802.11n, External 2.4 GHz and
Built-in 5 GHz Antennas)* on:
• kitchen roof
• chillax roof
• master bedroom roof
• south cabana roof
• tiki hut roof
EFTA00997783
• captains room roof
• Anna's compound roof
• kite house roof
12x ($338 ea on first invoice) *Altai Clxan Super WiFi CPE/AP (With External Antenna Port for Flexible
Deployment)* indoor APs in
• 4 cabanas
• flag pole pool
• library
• master bedroom
• chillax room
• kitchen
• theater
• captains room
• Anna's office
5x ($3,996.00 ea. from second invoice) *Altai A2 — WiFi Acess Point / Bridge (802.11n, External 2.4 GHz and
Built-in 5 GHz Antennas)* on 5 Palms
Rich,
Terrence believes with the above equipment he can saturate 90% of Little St James in high-speed wife. Now
that I understand what equipment he's putting & where, I'm confident that he can deliver on that.
The project really breaks down into three phases:
I. Getting high-speed intemet to the island (and to the office on St Thomas). $112,382.35
2. Blanketting LSJ with WiFi. $143,007.10
3. Maintenance after installation.
*There's an invoiced amount for configuration at $28,500 that would be divided between phase 1 & 2, but I
don't know how that breaks out.
I don't think we have much choice about proceeding with the first phase, Choice has made it very clear that
we're exceeding their capacity on the current link. So the big question becomes whether wifi coverage of the
island is worth the cost to the boss.
Assuming that we do want to go forward with the wifi installation, I'd like to return to the island on the
completion of installation so I can walk it with Terrence and confirm coverage and usability.

Good morning,

The Email was sent and I didn't receive any errors. I recently updated my 1OS.
Well here's everything: the (4) A8Ein are going on the Tower in e/w/n/s. The (8) A2s are going: main
compound has (4) kitchen roof, chillax roof, mst bedroom roof, south cabana roof, then you have the Tiki Hut
roof, Captains Room Roof, Anna's compound roof, Kit house roof. The (8) A2-Ei are flag pole, tennis court,
kit house, blue beach, gym, data center, main compound (2). The interior units are going: 4 cabanas, flag pole
pool, library, mst bdrm, chillax rm, kitchen, theater, capt rm, Anna's office. Please note I have ordered 2 extra
in the event I need more coverage around the master suite. The 5 bridges are going on Five palms, to talk to
the CPEs.
M. I have completed the EDC process and I will be going to the bank to get copies or print screens on the
wire transfers and payments that went out. I already contacted them and said I need to come in, I will update
you shortly Rich.

I didn't get your response, could you please resend?
We clarified over the phone that the 4x 30° Beam APs go on the tower as a back end feed for the 13 CPE
APs, but I'm still unclear on
I. where the 12 indoor APs are going,
2. Whether we need an additional 5 bridges not yet invoiced for
3. Outdoor CPE APs, you said are going:
EFTA00997785
APs will placed on or in thefollowing buildings: 1-2 Main Compound (2 locations), 3 Tennis Court
(cabinet if applicable), 4 Flagpole, 5 Kite House, 6 Tiki Hut, 7 Captains mom area, 8 Blue beach,
9 Data Centel; 10 Gym, 11 Tower and the repeaters will mostly be placed on 12 Five Palms.
Where is #13 going?
Also, does your controller have a fiber module or are we going to need to add that as well.
I want to button down all the details so when it's presented to the boss any questions are answered on the
spot and we can get a yay or nay. If we have to say "I don't know" to anything, I'm going to have to come
back to you and then wait until the next window of his time to represent. Trying to avoid any more
delays.

Hi,
I will but these are not quotes they are invoices. The first one is the main equipment and the second
one is the extra repeater links that are need due to the tower height being changed.
Thanks,

Thanks for this information, Terrence. I need this broken out a little more specifically.
Rich sent me two different quotes from you with the following hardware:
From 01/02/2014:
4x High Power AP w/ 30' antenna beam width, RF cables, H-POE supply @ $9,800.00 ea
8x 802.11 a/n Bridge with cables, mounting hardware and H-POE supply @ $2,516.00 ea
8x 802.11 a/b/g/n AP-Repeater-CPE @ $3,996.00 ea
12x Interior AP w/ up link NAT control @ $338.00
From 09/02/2014:
5x high power a/p-repeater-with multi point software @ $3,996.00 ea
5x Brackets with locks for the 5 new links @ $175.00
My questions are:
I. Into which buildings are the 12 interior APs going?
2. On the first invoice you had 8 repeaters and 8 bridges, on the second invoice 5 new
repeaters, do these new repeaters not need bridges?
3. Which structures are getting these 13 repeaters? I understood these repeaters as relaying the
intemet from the tower to the structures, but not creating user usable 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac
networks, is this correct?
4. Which structures are getting the 4 high power ap w/ 30' antennas, and what areas are being
covered with them? I understood that these were the devices that would be saturating the
outside with user accessible wifi, yes?
On a separate note, we spoke about a backup link from St.John coming into the tower. Do we need
additional hardware for this or is that hardware included in the existing quotes?
Thanks for your patience with these questions.

Good day James,
It was very nice talking to you and going over the project as well. Thanks for the help and
guidance.
I will be using Altai AS-Ein, A2-Ei, A2, and Interior Clxn, C lxan. I also have 1 Ruckus 7731 as
a main link backup. APs will placed on or in the following buildings: Main Compound (2
locations), Tennis Court (cabinet if applicable), Flag pole, Kite House, Tiki Hut, Captains room
area, Blue beach, Data Center, Gym, Tower and the repeaters will mostly be placed on Five
Palms. As to being painted to match, I have contacted my representative at Altai and told me is
fine to put a light spray paint on the units won't affect the signal. I hope this helps clear up any
questions you had sir. Feel free to contact me if you have anymore questions.
Hope this gets everything moving now as it's been months now, waiting to get going and get the
system finalized, tested and in operation.

Hi Terrence,
Thanks for taking time to review the LSJ project with me on Friday. As I was writing up my
notes I came across a couple of questions that I was still unclear on; Pm hoping you can fill in
the details for me.
1. What make/model of APs (external & internal) are you deploying? eg. Ruckus vs
Ubiquity
2. Which buildings are you intending to put the access points on?
3. Which buildings are you intending to put repeaters on, and the make/model of those?
4. Can the repeaters and/or APs, be painted to match the colors of the roofs they're located
on?
Thanks for all your help!
