- not sure of what you refer to re your payment being noted as 9/15. full cf package I sent you several weeks ago
is attached. Please see 'forward' cf on bottom of pg 2 for Leon and pg 4
-cf update I sent you last night was meant to reflect what I would call accessible cash-as noted, seemed awkward
to take the JPM $10 mil back. I will resend you cf note before this one also. I noted then, that we have the
$7.6mi1 in the account that was funded from the Starfire debt financed distribution but that needs to be used to
fund an investment so I would intend to use this toward either FCI or Athene cap calls. otherwise, we did receive
a COF distribution of $6mil into APO 1. Summarizing cash needs for the trusts-I need to put a bit of money into
CAM Manager to fund next three months expenses, I will need to fund ArtSpace and a modest amount into
Phaidon, plus it is predictable that there will be some smaller art purchases between here and year end. You can
see cf into the trust through the BFP distributions we do in front of Leon's annuity payments on pg 3
