Thank you for your time yesterday. I appreciated the opportunity to speak frankly about your and Leon's expectations and
the approach required to perform the role of Chief Legal Officer in Leon's family office. Regarding the notary issue we
discussed, I am happy to consider any practical approach consistent with the law however I do not consider your
suggestion, that an acknowledgement be taken by phone, to be an acceptable solution. Please let me know if you would
like to discuss other ways to address the issue.
