It seems Richard Kahn is putting people to work after all.
Noam received these two checks from Pershing. But in the checks is written "As per your request" from Carol
Chomsky Non-exempt and Exempt Trusts, respectively (attached).
The observation "As per your request" is misleading, because it seems Noam is requesting the amounts, therefore
they would be coming from principal -- while they should refer to the mandatory income that Noam is entitled to
receive.
Should the checks be deposited in our joint account?
