I have two questions. One, does my notice of appeal to President Crow simply need to say that I am appealing, or does it also need to explain the grounds for my appeal? If it is the latter, I would respectfully request a 5 day extension of the deadline, as I am currently on vacation out of the country, and please let me know to whom I should direct such a request. Two, I see that ABOR 6-201 entitles me to either conciliation or mediation. Can you explain to me, or can you direct me to someone who can explain to me, the different between those two things?
