I did my homework regarding alhamra in Riyadh, the good news is that I reached the owner representative , the
bad news is that I got this conclusion : the situation is very complicated because of the current health condition
of the owner he can't make any decisions right now „ we don't know till when? The other obstacle is the prime
location of the palace it's near the RC , so if he wants to sell he should take permission first .
My Advise as a loyal friend, you should make another copy in the region, dubai or Abudabhai and sultan can
help you to get an access to a prime location.
For the following reason :
I- dubai is an accessible international city. So a unique palace like this has bigger resale potential.
2- 10000% save country.
3- American marines are present
4- the most important thing is that you have lots of friends here.
5- a lot of MENU , and you can creat your Owen MENU .
You can make it in phases so you can enjoy the first part after 6-8 months !!
I don't know how you thoughts on this issue, but that is how I see this situation.
