attached Photo of Floor Damage in the Master Bathroom
As discussed, it appears there is a issue with the finish on the floors of the master bathroom.
Especially close the main shower. The owner was only in residence for less than 48 hrs and already the floor finish is showing sign of
moisture absorption.
The owner is concerned the floors in general, did not receive the correct finish, as per the Palm Beach Houses.
