I have interviewed 3 individuals for the position, given their skills (Windows, Mac, Quickbooks etc) they are
asking between $25 - $30 an hour
I do not have the time to explain/teach spreadsheets, inventory control systems etc
The reason Stephanie was a better fit is that she has previously lived on St Thomas, but has spend a number of
years off Island, having a much wider knowledge of new accounting and filing systems.
She was the only one who understood exactly what needs to be done and has some great ideas in reference to
virtual filing
Either way if we are unable to pay the hourly rate for the experience required I will have to work something
else out
Patrick will be OK I think, her skills are required in a number of places on Island, noting she is still living in
the States
