After prices and negotiations we have received the following bids:
Pool Sharks- Both Pools
- $125,500
+(7% negotiated discount for both pools)
= $116,715
Rick Rossie- Both Pools
- $121,500
+(10% negotiated discount for both pools)
=$109,350
Both have to bring in more plaster guys from Florida so scheduled starts are tentatively for end of October / early
November. We might want to wait until the end of November so we will not have to worry about possible
hurricanes. Thank you!
