Credit Du Nord does not open accounts for US Citizens.
Societe General - only corporate investments
Barclays - does not open accounts for US Citizens.
CIC - we spoke with NY branch and they rejected us.

NB: the TRANSATLANTIC bank could certainly be a solution to have an account in France with CIC
(CREDIT MUTUEL).
