Basilia Morales (Dulce - Head of Housekeeping) requires Surgery on her leg. This has been an on going issue
since she threw her back out approx 5 years ago, while moving furniture on LSJ, To ease her back pain she has
been swinging her leg causing issues with her Achilles Tendon.
Attached doctors report and X Rays
She is asking if you would assist with payment of the surgery, which she would have in Dominican Republic.
I have no details on expense, but would request further details from Dulce if you are prepared to possibly pay for
surgery
Please note she would be away from work for approx 4 weeks
Please advise how you wish to proceed
