the fake document is a key if provable( Mr Wu is not very patient so he went for the quick solution as he never thought I
would react). but the chinese protect their own. Yes we have a notary recording, and mobile recordings( mobile
recordings in Chinese courts are valid as proof), Mr Wu is very emotional so He said too much, they went against the
release of the recording.. my instict is that this needs finesse rather than a legal attack. Agree this is just a sideshow but
we had to react as they filed for the claim
those jvs made duruing the early days are looked at like the foreigners were trying to take advantage of the local. s
did he claim you didnt produce what you promised, ? he asked over the years from me personal guarantees which I did
not provide, they claim we did not provide any help
he is not very powerful. but he is a local. correct

includes long term contracts for rent for ex at an exorbitant price , paid to wus real estate co. .
