I'm hearing that the rank & file at DPNR are in an uproar about the prospect of JP becoming commissioner...they
do NOT want him.
Also, other people have spoken against him getting the position namely the new chief of staff. He does not have
a great reputation.
The general opposition surprised me a bit but it's there.
