Rich,
I met with Jay for an hour and a half this afternoon as soon as he got onto St Thomas. We went though
plumbing issues and he has contacted his insurance company and will take care of all damages. He should be
responding to you soon saying the same thing. He will still be bidding the 5 palms extension, should have
price tomorrow. He also showed me all the copper sheets needed for the gutters for the roof project. He will
only be repairing the existing EIFS. I hope this meeting cleared up any outstanding issues with JPK at the
moment. Please let me know if you have any questions.
