send the followiong to me and jeffrey , It was disapppointing to hear that steve and amber
didnt want to step up to manger roles. As you know this year we have road issue and water issue which will
greatly effect the value of the property. .I believe you should consider having and move back to the
ranch until november when thse issues are complete. We coukiiithe 50k that you proposed as addtional
moving expenses. I suggest a mid feb start date. wand do you think that either kyle and his wife
. or patrick and stephanie could step into the isalnd manager role.
