Additionally that was not for cumulative Billings you would have to look at the email I would never agree to
that discount based on Cumulative Billings I would be out of business. But in the end jeffrey and I never
reached an agreement on billing procedure other than straight hourly rate and my review of the bills and
month by month occasional discount
