Good Morning Jack,
I wanted to reach out to Skystone and see if you guys have the ability to design and construct a "back of house
area" for us on Great St James. Some sort of modular construction is what we will need due to the skill level of
the trades and their availability. We have had many issues with local contractors and I believe this is the best
option for us at this point. I have made some prelim plans of what we will need that I have attached to this
email. We are very eager to get the ball rolling on this. Please take a look at these plans and see if this is
feasible then give me a call to discuss. Thank you Jack, hope all is well in NYC.
