Hi Jeffrey,
I decided to go with the "better" one and will proceed with trying to buy the apt. Thanks for sharing your
opinion. I've made so many changes lately regarding retiring, selling and buying apartments and I am not sure if
I'm making the right decisions. For example, I think I retired too early, and now I am teaching two days a week
so I won't have to collect social security benefits. We probably have much less control over our lives than we are
comfortable accepting. I appreciate getting your advice and I hope to not bother you so much in the future.
