Nothing criminal in the statement. It's ridiculous that Marty is saying that. He's a great lawyer but just
paranoid on this one. I made changes as you and Scott requested. After you and I made a deal, your team
started renegotiating the apology part of it, without having any authority to renegotiate the other part.
If it was not in jail then it must have been very recent. Because she only recently got out.
Without lawyers, we can get things done. Impossible once you bring in the opinions of a bunch of lawyers.
I am out of the country tomorrow through Sunday. My wife's birthday. I can't take any more time dealing
with this. Especially after we reached an agreement. My flight is at 9:30 in the morning.
