Malwarebytes.com > Home download. If you install it, then run a scan it should clear the program. It'll probably
want to restart the computer after the scan.
You may have to check the following after (it sometimes misses pieces):
A. System Preferences > Profiles
B. Safari > Preferences > Search & Safari > General > Home page Settings and remove anything that doesn't
belong
C. Chrome > Top right, click More image1.svg> More tools > Extensions and remove anything that doesn't
belong, then check Chrome > Preferences > Search.
D. Firefox > Preferences > Search & Home and remove anything that doesn't belong
Malwarebytes gets 99% of the crap, but adware hacks are always trying new ways to hide from it.
After the scan, you can uninstall Malwarebytes. I recommend against signing up for their subscription service.
