slso structure some money this year and some next .makes no difference to me As if paid in January you will

The delay has been multi-faceted. Me waiting to hear from my attorneys was the primary cause. I now
understand that given the new tax code very little would go to me if we are in the range of any of the
numbers we were discussing.
As I deal with Jerry, I suppose all other things need not stop.
As you know, a major component to any resolution is the sincere public apology I understand you are willing
to give. I'll spend some time working on what I think that would look like and see if we are in the ballpark
on that component. My guess, based on our conversations and your previous email, is that we are.
