die first. lets stick with Leons use of Trust Art. . . 1 ask for a copy of their proposed rental agreement. get
real numbers as if it happened today. . I assume a wide range of 4-8 percent . could be good as money flows
to trust. however. assume 2 billion of art. 5 - 10 millonn in sales tax on rental. . per year.. valutations and
rental rates. will be open ? will the houses owned by the kids trust , need to rent from leon? . does the sales
tax filing trigger further inquires. ?. There are much easier and free ways. . but i suggest you ask
