Sony you didn't come, we had a good meeting, as you've heard, we are back to square one. So again, lets not
spend anytime on pretty drawings. But concepts , program- a priority. Privacy! No separate guest entrances ,
setbacks easy , But maintenance, roads etc , cannot have totally enclosed gardens as equipment needed in and
out etc
