Good Morning Mr Epstein,
Please see the rust pictures of engineering / wreck shop. We have structural columns that have been completely
compromised due to rust. All the joist have rust on the butt joints. It is my professional opinion that this area is
demolished and a concrete structure replaces it. I am sending the other buldings now, they are better in
comparison.
