Due to the rocky surface of the main access road, it will be impossible for Universal to achieve the required surface to lay pavement
smoothly.
They are requesting an Additional Gravel Base Coarse 5046 SY @ $3.66/SY + $18,479.34 plus tax
They wish to start this work today, so they can Lay Pavement Monday next week.
