Hi jeffrey,
Following up my visit, I was glad to see how things are recovering and how work is moving forward. Now,
What's your project on GSJ?
From my side, don't you would like to start some work like :
*Creating coconut grove on the main beach and its surrounding landscape
*Start to build the pool on the main beach as well and its pool house( maybe higher than we thought after Irma
we need to reconsider it )
*Start to Plants some blooming trees in the woods ( according to my study)
coud work on pergolas and other lights structures as shelters here an there
*Clear off certain areas that I Think will be welcoming a building in the future du to their exposition and Start
to landscape those spots.
* Fixing roads and plants cactus as you may like
*Help your people on LSJ
I know buildings is suppose to come first such as your new dock, but I think there could be some part we can
achieved. Also do you have any news about the villa you want to build, from Philippe architect? Do you have
any schedule?
Best regards,
Kevin.
