I have confirmation from the owner to accept XXXXXX's offer $XXMillion.
I have not signed the LOI acceptance yet but his offer stands until tomorrow only .
I think Mr. Epstein's people should come clear and inform us of their offer and to have the LOI by tomorrow
morning at the latest .
until now we still do not know how much they are thinking of offering nor we know know their terms and
conditions.
I took points of your earlier email and I will discuss it with XXXin due course .
