It was purchased from Olga Kravchuck on February 2, 2015 for 2 845 396 UA Hryvnas (US $128,500).
rovided the funds for this purchase and executed this purchase on
behalf. At the time of purchase, the building was in name because under Ukranian
law at that time, no US entity could own property in the Ukraine and it was more efficient.
