the stuff about the assistant was irrelevant and I wish I hadn't brought that up.. but your point re Moonves and
this is very important.. They significantly violated my rights by not allowing the correct 201j.3 procedure to be
carried out, and inflicted numerous damages in the process.. as Moonves lawyers indicate.. So, do we just hold
this in our back pocket for later? I am asking questions.. that is all..
