No deposit from buyer yet.
Gary informs the $3.1M LOI is obviously no longer valid, since Buyer had 5 days from my signing the LOI
dated Sept 5th to fund $500k deposit in Swiss bank,
Gary also informs their Broker Mike Zabcar is stating they will try to view the GIV while it's in PBI starting
Saturday., appears they are still active in this deal.,
I'll keep all updated

Wendy's buyer that viewed awaits interior repair quote for veneer before they will make an offer,
Pete is meeting with the interior shop tonight after the plane arrives in Teterboro to evaluate the veneer repair
and provide us a quote „
