Good Morning Mr Epstein,
JPK has set up scaffolding for Cabana I, demod the coral Stone and is setting frames and rebar for the stonework
on the exterior walls. Jay is revising the bid for GSJ cottage to be an all inclusive turn-key operation, with
plumbing and electrical as requested.
On Cabana 1-2 do you want me to order the shower doors and windows or have jay order them after getting your
approval? I think the latter option is best with us moving to less self preforming of construction work. Thank
