My main issue with linear optic quantum computing architectures is around how to implement error-correction
protocols efficiently with an architecture that has intrinsic probabilistic gates.
We cannot reliably benchmark how many qubits (photons) will be needed for any application. Best estimates to
date suggest an additional overhead of 8,000-10,000 will be required over the this architecture I'm sending you.

Let's start with this overview. You'll see the last slide listed as what we'd raise from a lead VC, if we do go
that route. I feel pretty strongly that it's best to carry it through on the 2mm that I mentioned before taking it
into that market for a valuation now. We can certainly talk a lot more about why.
I'm at and can be reached most times tomorrow. What will be most helpful to me now would be
an experienced advisor as we continue to move on this deal. And, strategic high-level people who can protect
this on the communications front as we grow.
